Gaslighting is seen as emotionally co-ercive or controlling, and the perpetrator is often doing it to suit their own ends – whether psychologically (It is common behaviour for narcissists who “need” to control, or practically – someone is trying to achieve their agenda)

In the 2019 Alison Rose Review of Female Entrepreneurship report it was concluded that female entrepreneurs could contribute £250 billon of new value to the UK economy if they are able to start and scale their business at the same rate as men.
There’s a female revolution taking place dismantling patriarchal systems and it’s not about to stop. The rise of female leadership is on display for the whole world to see and so it should be as history is being re-written.
