Refund and Returns Policy

We at Her Story Matters hope you love what you’ve ordered! But just incase you’re not 100% satisfied, we’ve made the resolution process very easy. As long as you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.

For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear  photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface. This quick and simple step will help us to provide a speedy resolution.


Cancellations and Amendments

All of our products are made to order especially for you. If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please visit your account and make the changes. You can edit your order anytime before it goes to production. Please keep in mind that in some cases , this could be as soon as two hours for Rush sipping, just 12 hours for standard shipping, or once the listing ends ( whichever comes first).  

Once your order has gone to production, you may be eligible for a replacement/resolution depending on the situation. after you’ve received your order, you have 14 days to address any concerns you have.

Damaged/ Quality Issues

For the fastest resolution please include a photography demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in the future printing.


Gift Returns/Exchanges

At Her Story Matters , we understand that gift-giving can be a complex art. If you’ve ordered or received a Her Story Matters  product as a gift and it needs to be returned, our standard policies will apply.



Refunds PayPal:

Any refunds processed will show back up in your Paypal account within 24 business hours. Please note, the refunded amount must be transferred back to your banking institution from your Paypal account.


Credit Card:

Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within  five to ten business days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Shipping returns

To return your product, you will be sent instructions on the address to ship your items to.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
